With an extensive 35+ year background in the Construction and Housing Industry, Steve has consistently pursued excellence in construction and management. His multifaceted skills have left an indelible mark on a wide array of projects over the years.

Steve's journey began in the Structural Engineering Department with Civil and Civic Pty Ltd, where he played a pivotal role from 1980 - 1988, gaining invaluable insights into the expansive operations of the building industry.

Since 1989, Steve has earned a well-deserved reputation as a respected Builder within the industry. From the outset, he has maintained a steadfast focus on high standards in management, demonstrating expertise and excellence in workmanship across various projects. This commitment extends to the development of luxury homes, medium-density dwellings, apartments, townhouses, units, and commercial ventures alike.

Dragana Djogo

Dragana has been with Lightning Constructions since 1989, focusing on office administration, clerical duties, accounts, payroll, collaborating with staff, professionals, suppliers, and sub-contractors to contribute to the company's success in implementing effective and efficient business management practices.

Daniel Djogo

Daniel has been an integral part of our team for over a decade, consistently demonstrating unwavering passion and dedication.

As a licensed Carpenter and Site Supervisor, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise to the table, complemented by additional qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Traffic Controlling. Beyond his role, he serves as our First Aid Administrator.

A relentless commitment to personal and professional growth defines Daniel's approach. He seizes every opportunity to expand his knowledge, a commitment underscored by his pursuit of a Bachelor of Construction Management. This academic drive enhances his already robust skill set, seamlessly applied to elevate his thriving career in building.
